UP B.Ed 2023 JEE Counselling & Seat Allotment Results
As we have discussed in the above paragraph the counselling will take place in 4 phases. The first four-round counselling will be as per the list of marks prepared by the authority. The last round of counselling will be through direct admissions. The counselling process will start after the release of results for entrance examinations. The merit list will be created on the basis of marks obtained by the applicant having their names on it. The university will be publishing a Pdf for the declaration of seat allotment results.
Candidates securing name on the selection list processed by the authority needs to appear for the counselling process. UP B.Ed JEE Counselling Fee Refund Status
Applicant getting their names on the selection list will be looking for the counselling process. The authority will provide counselling to the students who have their names on the merit/selection list. After the completion of the first phase, the next list will be prepared for the other students.
Candidates can enrol for the counselling process by paying a suggested fee. The refund will be initiated after you opt for it. It will take 5-7 days to reflect the payment in your bank account. The counselling process will be conducted for the candidates who secure names on the merit list declared by the authority.
The documents needed at the time of counselling are mentioned below. Candidates appearing for counselling must not forget to carry these documents to the counselling centre after the schedule for the counselling is declared. Steps to register for UP B.Ed JEE Counselling Process
To register for the counselling process applicant has to follow the steps given below. The registration process is simple and if the candidate has any problem regarding the registration they can ask their queries in the comment section below.
| Step-I Registration | Initially, the applicant has to register themselves in the official portal of the university. An applicant who has already registered can log in with their registered credentials. |
| Step-II Fee Payment | After the registration is completed, proceed to the payment window. The candidate is required to pay a counselling fee of Rs 5750 in which Rs 5000 is refundable whereas Rs 750 is non-refundable. |
| Step-III Filling of Preferences | Once the fee is paid, the applicant has to appear for the next process which is filling college preferences. The choices are to be filled by the candidate by selecting the college shown on the screen. Applicants should be very careful while filling up the choices once locked will not be altered in any condition. An applicant who does not locks the preferences for counselling needs to lock the preferences before the seat allotment or given time. The authority will provide random choices if preferences are not locked. |
| Step-IV Allotment of College | The allotment process shall be based on the rank achieved by the candidate in the examination for UP JEE B.Ed 2023. The college/institution allotment shall be done on a category basis and the applicant who belongs to reserved classes will get preferences over the general candidates. After the college is finalized, the applicant has to submit the fees to the college (through online mode) and book their seat. |
