Assam CEE Counselling Schedule 2023; Registration Last Date

After the publication of the Assam CCE result candidates are looking for a counselling schedule which is now available. All those candidates who qualify the entrance test will have to register online to participate in the Assam CEE counselling process.

Assam CEE 2023 counselling will be conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam. The qualified admission seekers will have to report to a pre-informed venue to participate in the counselling process. Assam Science and Technology University has released the result and merit list of CEE 2023 on its website. The CEE counselling schedule is yet to be released by the authorities.

Assam CEE Counselling

The authorities announce the counselling dates first for the candidates who have qualified the exam. To participate in the counselling process, the candidates will have to register on the website first and counselling registration fee as well.

The Directorate of Technical Education, Assam will release the notification for the counselling process for admission in Engineering courses offered by the state. The counselling process will be concluded in various rounds. The number of counselling rounds will depend on the number of available seats in the government colleges of the state.

Assam CEE 2023 Counselling Procedure

The counselling process will be conducted in the following steps; Registration, Counselling Fee Payment, Document Verification, Seat Allotment, and Final Admission Result.

Registration

The process of Assam Counselling will start with registration. The authorities will open the registration process for a limited time frame. All those candidates who have registered for the counselling will be called to participate in the counselling round. The link for registration has been given at the bottom of this page. The link will get activated as soon as the authorities initiate the counselling process.

• Candidates will have to take a print out of the counselling form in A4 size paper. The form will have three steps; A, B, and C.
  • In part A, the candidates will have to provide personal details like name, address, age, educational qualification, etc.
  • In the B part, the candidates will have to mention their preference for the course and institutes and provide other asked details.
  • Part C will have the information about the scored marks in Assam CEE Exam 2023.

Fee Submission

To complete the registration process, the candidates will have to pay Rs. 700 as a counselling registration fee. The payment of the counselling fee can be done through net banking, debit card, or credit card.

Document Verification

The applicants seeking admission to the engineering college of the state will have to show their original documents in the counselling round. The applicants will have to carry the following documents to verify them to get admission to the engineering courses;

• Hall ticket of Assam CEE 2023
  1. Age Proof 10^th Mark sheet or Date of Birth Certificate
  2. A copy of Assam CEE Result 2023
  3. Educational Documents 10^th and 12^th class mark sheet and certificate
  4. Character Certificate
  5. Migration Certificate
  6. Certificate to clarify a Gap if any
  7. Address or Domicile Certificate
  8. Category Certificate (OBC, SC, ST or EWS)
  9. PWD Certificate
  10. NCC Certificate
  11. Certificate to claim a seat in sports quota
  12. Certificate released by Director, Sainik Board, Assam (for candidates from families with a military background)
  13. Freedom Fighter Certificate

Assam CEE Seat Allotment Result

The authorities will release the seat allotment result on notified dates and to know the details of the allotted seat you have to log in on the website of Assam CEE with your Id and password and download the seat allotment letter. If you want to get a seat, then you will have to visit the assigned college. In case any candidate doesn’t want to get admission to the allotted college, the applicant will have to repeat the whole procedure of seat allotment. To freeze a seat in the engineering college, the applicants will have to pay the admission fee of Rs. 18,500/- (only for government engineering colleges).

Final Admission Result

The Engineering colleges will release a final admission result on the Assam CEE website. Applicants can check the list to re-confirm their admission to the university. On releasing the final admission list, the admission of applicants will get confirmed.
