IPL 2022 Mega Auction Live Updates: The Indian Premier League or IPL is one of the most esteemed franchise cricket platforms in the world. The Board of Cricket Control in India is all set to conduct the 2022 season of the game in the upcoming cricketing schedule. Last year was filled with various speculations. Watch IPL 2022 Mega Auction Live: Date and Time
The Indian Premier League Mega Auction for the 15th edition in 2022 is scheduled for 12 and 13 February 2022. The 590 participating players who have been announced as a part of the player’s list will be going under the hammer on the auction table on the two dates. The event will be held in Bangalore. The fans shall not be able to witness the whole auction conference in Bangalore in person but will be able to watch it live on their television or mobile screens. The event will be telecasted on the channel Star Sports India and for OTT, the rights have been sold to Disney+Hotstar, both owned by Star Sports Network. The interested audience must switch on their channels or screens at 11 AM in order to watch the entire program of the auction.
As per the modalities, the 10 player marquee set will be commencing the proceedings followed by Batters, All-Rounders, Wicketkeepers, Pacers, and Spinners, followed by the Uncapped Players. After 161 players, the auction shall accelerate.

Players Participating in the IPL Mega Auction
There are a total of 590 players that have been selected to go under the hammer for bidding on the auction table on 12 and 13 February 2022. Out of these, 370 are Indian Players who are directly under the BCCI and the rest 220 are from Foreign countries. There will be 228 capped players, 355 uncapped ones, and 7 from associate nations that will be appearing for the auction in this mega event. The list of all the players has been finally released. The list was published on 1 February 2022.
