How to Fill UPSEE Application Form 2021?

Complete Registration Procedure
- In initial phase, applicants have to visit the official portal of UPSEE in any suitable web browser.
- Search the link of the application form and hit “Apply” tab given under the page.
- Instruction page will open on your screen, carefully read all the guidelines and then “Proceed”.
- After that, “Registration Form” will be displayed on your screen.
- In registration form, candidates have to insert their personal info, contact info, and other information.
- After completing your registration, applicants have to press “Submit” tab.
- Your entered details will be presented on the screen for review.
- After reviewing all info, click on “Final Submit” tab and complete the registration process.
Filling Application Form

- After submitting registration form, aspirants will get registration number on the screen.
- Please save the registration number of future reference.
- Next, applicants have to hit the “Complete Application Form” tab.
- Now, fill your “Personal Data” such as parent domicile, category, subcategory, nationality etc.
- Then, insert “Educational Data” by selecting course, year, pass status etc.
- Submit details regarding admission and courses you are seeking for.
- Click on submit button and recheck the information provided by you.
- By clicking on “Final Submit” tab your data will be recorded.
- Uploading Testimonials
- After submitting form, candidates have to click on “Upload Images” tab.
- On the next page, aspirants have to upload the scanned copy of their photo and sign.
- Pay Application Fee
- After clicking on “Upload” button, aspirants need to pay the application fee by pressing tab named “Pay Exam Fee”.
- Then, you have to select the mode of payment and click “Proceed For Payment”.
- Check the amount you have to pay on the screen, next hit “Go for Payment” button.
- Application fee will be charged according to your category, choose the payment provider and proceed.
- Finally, aspirants have to enter their credit/ debit/ net banking info and pay the amount.
- Download the confirmation page of payment for future correspondence.
