CBSE Exam 2020 Postponed or not?
Earlier, due to the implementation of nationwide lockdown, the CBSE had postponed its few exams for both 10th and 12th classes and after that, in June first week the board has announced the new revised time table for their pending examination which was scheduled to be held from July 1st 2020.

CBSE Class 12 Exam Postponed 2020 Today Updates
From very first day since the board has announced the revised examination dates for its pending board examination some parents and students are requesting HRD minister that they must cancel or postponed the examination because the kind of situation persist in some states is dangerous for their kids to step out and appeared in the examination.
But when they get no response either from the ministry department or from the board a group of some parents has filed a petition in Supreme Court about the cancellation of examination. The case has been heard by a three-judge bench which comprises of Justice AM khanwilkar, Dinesh Maheshwari, and Sanjiv Khanna and after hearing the plea the court likely to be announced its result on 24th or 25th June.
And when the decision was announced a detailed notification will be available on the CBSE board website, a senior CBSE official said.

Supreme Court Hearing on CBSE Board 10th and 12th Exam
Apart from the request which was submitted in SC, some states (Delhi, Odisha, and Maharashtra) government also write to the HRD minister and request to cancel the remaining examination and the Delhi Deputy Chief Minister had also mentioned in his letter about the non-availability of schools because most of the schools are now acting as quarantine centre.
CBSE exam cancel or not final decision will be revealed on Thursday?
Last week, SC has directed the CBSE (Central Board of secondary education) that they must make a decision regarding the conducting or cancelling the pending examination and yesterday board has informed SC that their discussion regarding holding the examination is on its advanced stage and after communicated on the final decision it will be announcing its result by Thursday.

What will be the impact on cancelling examination?
All students are curiously looking for the final verdict about the conducting or cancelling examination because if the examination was cancelled then it will definitely create an impact on several entrance examination and also admission procedure in colleges. And Might be it affect the dates and syllabus of the JEE main 2020 and NEET 2020 and if CBSE examination was cancelled then most likely ICSE examination could also be cancelled.

Meanwhile, ICSE board examination or also in similar lines but CISCE has provided an option to their students that they can opt to appear in the pending examination or they can accept the scorecard which will be based on their internal assessment formula.

Some experts said that if CBSE pending exam were cancelled then the board can calculate students marks by three ways which are based on their internal assessment, averaging based on their pre-board examination and offering students an option that they can appear for improvement examination in case they are not satisfied with the marks provided to them or they wish to improve their scores.
