In other words, it is a formal letter of consignment provided to a candidate in written format asking him/her to join the employment organization. Issued by the HR Manager of the company, usually on the first day, it bridges the gap between the two parties and warrants the future aspects of a contract.

Musts of the Employer and the Employee:

  • Should be issued by the HR Manager or the HEAD of the organisation who is said to be the highest official. A Signature of him/ her must be present in this letter as a matter of final consent.
  • The employee is asked to submit his signature as a final confirmation of the agreement by the specific date assigned to him for submission of the appointment letter by the authority.
