उत्तर प्रदेश माध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद announce the result for intermediate and high school candidates, soon after its declaration the board has issued the scrutiny application form for the candidates who are not happy with their result and expecting something better than they get. Such candidates can fill the scrutiny form within the given duration by paying a fee of Rs 500 for each paper. UPMSP 10th & 12th Copy ReCheck form closing date is 19th May 2023
- For verification, applicants need to take the printout of the submitted application and affix it with the original receipt of challan fee and send it to the regional office via registered post and it must reach the office before the closing date.

- यह ऑनलाइन एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म को विद्यार्थी 19 May तक भर सकते है
- बोर्ड द्वारा पहली बार स्क्रूटिनी के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन माँगे जा रहे है
- स्क्रूटिनी फॉर्म के लिए विद्यार्थी को 500 रूपए प्रति प्रश्न-पत्र जमा करवाने होंगे
- निर्धारित शुल्क को चालान के माध्यम से राजकीय कोषागार मै जमा करा सकते है।
- सभी विद्यार्थी आवेदन करने के पश्चात आवेदन के विवरणों को डाउनलोड करके उसके प्रिंट-आउट को जमा किये गए चालान की मूल कॉपी के साथ संल्गन करके उसे रजिस्टर्ड डाक द्वारा क्षेत्रीय संबंधित कार्यालय मै अंतिम तिथि से पहले जमा करवा दे। यदि कोई विद्यार्थी इस आवेदन को स्वयं या कूरियर के माध्यम से भेजता है तो उस आवेदन को स्वीकारा नहीं जायगा।
- अंतिम तिथि के पश्चात जमा किये गए चालान के साथ आवेदन फॉर्म पर किसी भी प्रकार की कार्यवाही नहीं की जायगी और इसके लिए शिक्षार्थी स्वयं उत्तरदायी होगा।

Once the application process is completed applicant’s answer sheet will be re-valued by a team of examiners formed by the board and once the process of re-evaluation is completed its result will be published on UP board official website if you received any changes in marks then it will be updated in the marks sheet and a revised mark sheet will be issued to such candidates.
How to Apply Online UP Board Scrutiny Form 2023?
Applicants wanted to apply for the scrutiny form need to follow the steps provided below:
- First of all, applicants need to visit the official website of the board i.e. upmsp.edu.in
- Now you can easily find a link for scrutiny application for intermediate and high school at the portal home page.
- As you click on the same it will take you to the new page where two individual links for application will be available for high school and intermediate, you just need to select the required one.
- After clicking the link, a new page will open where you need to enter the details like applicant’s roll number and date of birth (as mentioned in the admit card).
- After submitting the details press the ‘Get data’ tab
- After this, the application form appears to you
- Fill the same accordingly and carefully.

UPMSP Scrutiny Application Form 2023 Online
- Applicants must submit their UPMSP scrutiny form before the given time.
- The application form and original receipt of challan must reach the regional office before the given date.
- If an application is received after the duration then such an application will not be accepted and students will be solely responsible for that.
