The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been given the responsibility to organize the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for the upcoming session of 2023-24. All those applicants who will appear in the CUET 2023 will get admission into various undergraduate courses at the universities established in the country. Around 54 Indian universities have confirmed their active participation in the first session of the entrance test admission process.

As per the official notice, the entrance test will be conducted in 13 various languages which include Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, Urdu, Marathi, Bengali, Odia, Punjabi, and Assamese, and to get admission into their favourite university applicants in large amount will participate in the test. NTA CUET 2023 UG Eligibility Criteria
The applicant has to make up to the eligibility criteria decided by NTA authorities and those are:
- The applicant must have Indian nationality.
- He/She should have completed class 12th from a well-recognised Council/Board.
- Students waiting for their result declaration may also submit their application but they need to fulfil the percentage criteria.
- It is expected that the students must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the inter-examination.
NTA Common University Entrance Test 2023 Syllabus
The NTA will officially release the CUET 2023 syllabus along with the application form and information brochure for the candidates who are planning to appear in the examination. The syllabus will help the candidates to focus on the subjects and units that are essential to clear the entrance exam and choose the examination strategy.

NTA CUET 2023 Format
- The test will be held in Computer Based Mode comprising MCQ’s and the test will be conducted in 02 sessions with a time duration of 04 hours each.
- In the 01st session, the candidate has to attempt any one language paper out of 13 languages mentioned above.
- They can also choose two domains subjects out of 27 and if a student chooses to write then they can write a general test.
- In the 02nd session, the student can take up to four domain subjects and also write a language test.
- The student can pick up any language from the list of the following 19 languages: French, Spanish, German, Nepali, Persian, Italian, Arabic, Sindhi, Kashmiri, Konkani, Dogri, Bodo, Manipuri, Maithili, Japanese, Tibetan, Russian, Santhali, and Chinese.


How to submit CUET 2023 Application Form online?
In order to submit the application online, interested candidates need to follow the below steps: –
- Go to NTA’s official website nta.ac.in.
- Under the column of ‘Latest@NTA’, the link to CUET Application Form will be given.
- Tap on it and a new web page will get open.
- Now the registration form will get open.
- Enter the details and upload the documents asked on the form.
- While doing the preview if you saw some errors in the details which you previously then you can change them by clicking on ‘Edit/Modify’ button.
- Do the changes in those specific particulars and once the editing is done tick on ‘Final Submit’.
- A notification of successful registration will be generated on your system.
- A provisional registration number and password will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Take out the printout of that application form for future reference.
- Keep those credentials as it’s going to help you in further stages.
NTA Common University Entrance Test 2023 Selection Procedure
According to the sources, it is mandatory for all applicants to appear on the test. The applicants who will clear the test will be provided with the scorecard from NTA authorities. NTA CUET 2023 Admission Rules
Those candidates who will get shortlisted and provided with the scorecards from NTA have to follow some admission rules during the time of admission and those rules are:
- The applicant should be eligible for the course and appear in the test.
- At the time of admission, the documents/certificates of the applicants will be verified by the university authorities.
