BITSAT Application Correction 2023: The candidates who wish to apply for the BITS, Pilani University in Pilani, Dubai, Goa, and Hyderabad can now do so through the official portal. The authorities were accepting online applications along with fee payments on the portal. The deadlines have been extended and recently and from 16th April the application correction window will be opened.

The BITSAT correction window will only be open for a limited period of time. Hence, the applicants must check all the details and instructions that they need to observe prior to making corrections to their application. BITS, Pilani is all set to conduct the BITSAT exam in two sessions. The application procedure for session 1 commenced on 31st January 2023. The deadline was announced as 9th April. However, on 9th April, the authorities announced that the deadline was extended to 15th April 2023. Along with that, The application correction window opened the next day i.e. 16th April 2023. Any changes that an applicant needs to make in already submitted application forms can be done by 20th April 2023. The applications can be edited and corrected in online mode through the BITS Pilani admission portal.

The candidates will have to access their application form by entering their personal details and then making the subsequent changes. Additionally, new candidates who wish to apply for BITSAT 2023 exam and pay the application fee can do the same till the announced date.

Note: Fields other than Gender, Email, and contact numbers can be corrected during this period. No email queries will be entertained due to privacy issues.

Details mentioned in the form are very important considering that the same details will be used at the time of the admission of the candidate. How to edit the BITSAT Exam Application Form?

Applicants can make required corrections in online mode through the BITS Pilani admission portal. Once the application correction window is closed, the applicants will not be allowed to make any changes or corrections to the application form in any case. Thus, the candidates must use this opportunity and ensure that all the details mentioned in the application form are absolutely correct. In order to make changes, follow the steps given below:

1. Open the official portal of BITS Pilani admissions for on-campus programs at www.bitsadmission.com.
2. On the homepage, check the option of BITSAT.
3. The drop-down list will open up on the portal.
4. Tap on the option BITSAT Online Test.
5. BITSAT Online Test-2023 page will open up.
6. Check the notification Please Click Here to edit the BITSAT-2023 Application.
7. The BITSAT-2023 Edit Online Application Form will open up.
8. Enter the BITSAT 2023 application number, password, and email ID.
9. Enter the captcha code given on the portal.
10. Tap on proceed.
11. Select the details that need to be changed.
12. Make the necessary corrections in the application form.
13. Review the application before finally submitting it. This step is really important since the candidates will not be allowed to re-edit the applications after submitting them and after the closure of the edit application deadline.
14. Lastly, save the changes made in the application form.
15. Download and print the edited application form for future reference.

BITSAT 2023 Examination Pattern

The BITSAT 2023 exam will be held online mode. It will be a computer-based test. The candidates will have to complete the examination in a duration of three hours. The exam pattern will be the same for both sessions. Applicants will be asked questions in four subjects. The parts will be based on Physics, Chemistry, English proficiency and logical reasoning, and mathematics or biology. Each part will be of 30 questions except for mathematics or biology which shall consist of 40 questions.

Each question will be of three marks. The paper will be of the objective kind and for each question, there will be four options. The candidates will have to select one correct option. In case they feel to choose the correct answer, they will be penalized by 1 mark. For each part of the question paper, there is no particular time limit. Based on the performance of the candidates in the BITSAT examination, they will be further selected for admission to BITS, Pilani.
