NTA NEET UG Answer Key 2023 Soon @ neet.nta.nic.in;

NEET UG Answer Key 2023 (Unofficial Released): National Testing Agency soon published the NEET UG official answer key at neet.nta.nic.in. but before that, there are various coaching centres across India that published the memory-based answer key. If you are among the lakhs of students who appeared for the NEET 2023 examination held on 7th July 2023 then you must be waiting for the NEET 2023 answer key. As such the authority didn’t release the answer but it will be available soon. For this, NTA will send the applicant’s OMR sheet to their registered email IDs.

An opportunity to submit their objection against the tentative answer key or recorded response will also be provided. And for this, they need to pay an amount of Rs 200/- per challenge. The fee charge is non-refundable. Also, representation against the OMR grading will also be submitted by paying a non-refundable amount of Rs 200.

NEET 2023 Answer Keys Challenge Link

As we said above, there is a provision to submit a challenge against the NEET UG provisional answer key released by the conducting authority. In case you find an objection in any of the keys you can submit an objection challenge against that key(s). You will be given an opportunity to file challenges against the answer key on payment of the processing fee. You have to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs.200/- per challenge.

Those who wish to challenge the answers keys should make the request within the time stipulated by the candidates. NTA will verify the challenges made by the candidates with the help of subject experts. If the challenge will be found correct it will be revised. On the basis of the revision of answer keys, the final answer key will be prepared and released.

NTA will not inform any candidate about the acceptance or non-acceptance of his/her challenge. The answer key released after the revision of the challenge will be final. No further, correspondence or request in this regard will be accepted.

You have to begin by opening the official NTA NEET 2023 website.

Select relevant link

You can see the homepage of the portal. On this web page, you have to search for the NEET 2023 provisional answer key option. Click on the link.

Select the Paper code

On opening the link, you have to select your paper code/ question paper set from the list.

Check the answers

Now, you can see the answer key on your screens and match your answers.

Save and download

Lastly, if you want to keep it safe you can download the PDF by clicking on the download option. Answer Key PDF will get downloaded on your device.

Answer Key will indicate the answer marked by the candidates, correct answer, total questions, paper code/ paper set, and other information.

How to submit challenges for the NEET Answer Key?

The procedure to make a challenge against the key is as follows-

Visit the official website
Click on the link provided to challenge the keys.
Enter the login details such as Registration no. and Password.
Click on “Key challenge” option and select the “Test Booklet code”
Select the questions and make the challenge.
Mark the answer you think is correct.
Click on submit button.
Make the payment of a requisite fee.
Lastly, print the confirmation slip.

Calculation of Marks Using NEET 2023 Answer Key

You can calculate your marks with the help of the answer keys. You just have to match your answers with the official answers given in the key and allot marks as per the marking scheme.

You can take help from the marking scheme shared below-

For each correct answer, 4 marks will be allotted.
For each incorrect answer, 1 mark will be deducted.
No marks will be allotted or deducted for unanswered question
One mark will be deducted if more than one option has been selected as an answer

You have to mark the responses as per the aforementioned scheme. To calculate the final marks, you can use the given formula-

NEET 2023 score = 4 X No. of correct responses – 1 X No. of incorrect responses

NTA NEET OMR Sheet 2023

Along with the answer key, NTA will also display the image of OMR sheets or responses of the candidates graded by the grading machine on its official website.

In case of any doubt related to the response sheet, candidates can submit representation against the OMR grading with the payment of the requisite processing fee. They have to make a payment of Rs.200/- response challenged. However, no intimation will be sent to any candidate in this regard.

NTA will verify the representations from the actual record and will update the same in the data if challenges will be found correct.
