How to Download NTA NCHM JEE hall ticket?

Hall ticket for NTA NCHM JEE will be available on the official website of NTA shortly. Applicants can download the admit card online. Candidates must carry their admit card to their exam center as no entry is allowed in the exam center without admit card.

Here is the step-wise process to download the admit card for NCHM JEE exam.

1. Visit the official website of NCHMCT JEE 2023.
2. On the home page, you will find the link to the admit card.
3. Click on “Admit Card” link/tab available on the website.
4. You will have to enter your Application Number, Date of Birth details and Email ID.
5. After entering all the information, click on submit.
6. Now, your admit card is on your screen. Download your Admit card and take its printout.

So that’s how you can download your admit card for NCHM JEE exam. Take its print out on A4 size papers. It is suggested to the candidates to take a minimum of two printouts of NTA NCHM JEE Admit Card.

One copy of the admit card has to be self-attested and deposited to the invigilator for his/her signature. This copy will be preserved and required during the counselling procedure and the other copy of admit card have to be carried along on the date of the examination.

• Valid photo ID proof (any one of the following PAN card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/ Ration or Card / Student ID)

• PwD Certificate authorized by a doctor if the applicant applied for relaxation under PwD category.

NCHMCT Admit Card Important Instruction

Here are other important instructions that candidates need to keep in mind for the NTA NCHM JEE exam.

Basic Instruction for exam

• Candidates must understand that the admit card will not be sent through the post and they will have to download them from the website only.
• Applicants must verify the details mentioned on the hall ticket. In case of any mismatch contact the exam conducting authorities immediately as it can be a reason of denying the exam.
• Candidates should carry the same passport size photograph which they have pasted on the application form.
• Candidates are suggested to reach the exam center two hours before the exam to complete the pre-exam formalities. You will have to punctual as the registration desk will be closed at least 60 minutes before the exam begins. 
• Candidates are not allowed to carry any textual material, electronic watch with calculator, slide rules, calculators, log tables, mobile phone, or any other electronic device, printed or written material, or bits of papers. Having any suspicious object can lead to disqualification for the exam.

Reporting Time  

• Candidates should reach the exam center at 8:0 am.
• Exam time is 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
• Registration at the exam center will be closed before 60 minutes before the exam.

NCHM JEE 2023 Result

The result of NCHM JEE will be available online on the official website of NCHM. Students can download the result by entering their roll number and date of birth on the official website of NCHM. 

NTA will prepare the merit list for NCHM JEE on the basis of marks secured by the candidates. If two students score the same marks then merit will be decided on the below-mentioned points;

• Candidate with higher marks in English will get a higher position.
• If still a tie then marks in Service Aptitude component will decide the higher or lower rank for a candidate.
• IF still there is a tie then as the last option, the elder candidate will get the higher position

After the declaration of result, the counselling process for admission will start.

NCHM JEE Answer Key 2023

NTA will release the answer sheets of NCHM 2023 soon after the exam is over. The dates for the same are yet to be out. In case, if an applicant has some issue with the answer sheet then he/she can challenge it.

The candidate will have to provide proof and pay the processing fee of Rs 1000 per question that he/she is challenging. Students can challenge the answer sheet online only. No document needs to send anywhere through the post.

NCHM JEE Cut-off 2023

NTA will also declare the cut-off for NCHM JEE which means a candidate who has scored in this exam below cut-off, will not be eligible to get admission to the participating institutes. 12045 seats are available NCHM this year and the number of candidates participating in the joint entrance exam is higher so only a few of them will get a seat in college not all.
