APPSC Panchayat Secretary Admit Card 2019 Group 3: APPSC has released the hall tickets for Panchayat Secretary screening test on 15th April 2019. Commission has hosted the admit cards on its official website. Candidates who have to appear for the test but have not downloaded their admit card yet can get it online. Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) is the conducting authority of this recruitment exam. Through this procedure, suitable candidates will be selected for filling 1051 vacancies of Panchayat Secretaries in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Subordinate Services. The selection will be made on the basis of screening test, main examination followed by document verification and other selection formalities.

APPSC Panchayat Secretary Exam Admit Card
APPSC admit card is currently available on APPSC. Only registered candidates can download the admit card. They can download it from APPSC portal by using the valid login credentials.
All the candidates should note that they have to bring the admit card to the exam center positively on the day of exam. At the exam center that are required to produce the same to the invigilator for verification. Candidates without a valid admit card will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.

In case hall ticket is without the photograph of the candidates or it is too small or it is not clearly visible then they have to affix a similar photograph on the hall ticket. The photograph should be duly attested by the Gazetted officer. Candidates should strictly follow the instructions mentioned on the admit card.
How to download Hall Ticket?
Admit card should be downloaded only from the official portal as no other mode is available. Candidates who haven’t downloaded their hall ticket yet can download it now from this page or from official website.
To download the admit card from the official website they need to follow a specific procedure. The step-by-step procedure is shared below for the assistance of the candidates-
- Navigate the official website
Candidates have to open the official website of APPSC first. However, candidates can also visit the direct link shared below to get their admit card downloaded easily.
- Click on admit card link
Now, candidates have to click on Panchayat Secretary admit card link flashing on the home screen of the portal.
- Enter Login Credentials
User login page will open and candidates have to enter the OTPR reference No and have to click on “Get Halltickets” button.
- Check Admit card details
Admit card PDF will appear on screen and candidates have to carefully check all the details mentioned on it.
- Save and Print
Once they have verified all the details they have to click on Print button and have to take multiple printouts of the same. The printed copy of the should be kept with safety till the completion of recruitment procedure.

- If you find blank details in your hall ticket, then you should download it again and wait till it is downloaded completely to your laptop/PC device without opening it.
- If you still face problem, try downloading it again.
- Still you face problem and admit card download is not complete you should write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Candidates are advised to turn off all the pop up- blockers for the site while downloading the admit card.

Candidates should verify all the particulars indicated on the admit card carefully before appearing for the test. Any discrepancy related to the date of birth or category in the hall ticket, candidates should immediately contact the Commission’s officials/Chief Superintendent in the exam center and should ask for necessary corrections.
Candidates have to appear for the test only in the district in which he/she is willing to be considered for selection. The name and all the information about the exam center will be indicated on the admit card of the candidates. The allotment of exam center will be final and no request for change of exam center or district of selection will be entertained.
Scheme of Exam
The admit card is being issued for the screening test. You can check the scheme of the screening test provided below-
- Test will be conducted in offline mode (written test).
- It will be an objective type test.
- Paper will consist of two parts.
- Total number of questions will be 150.
- Total marks will be 150 (1 mark will be allotted for each correct choice).
- Total duration of exam will be 150 minutes (75 minutes for each part).
- 1/3 mark will be deducted for every wrong choice.
