DTE Rajasthan ITI Application Form 2019: Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Rajasthan has released the official notification for 2019 ITI admissions. As per the official notification, Rajasthan ITI online application process for admission will start from 14th June 2019. Interested candidates should note that they can apply only through the online mode. The applications can be submitted through online portal or through E-Mitra Kiosk.

DTE, Rajasthan every year invite application for admission of candidates to ITI diploma programs in different trades at various government and private ITIs of the state. Admissions to these ITIs will be made on the basis of merit and preferences filled by the candidates. Directorate will not conduct any entrance test for the purpose of admission.

Rajasthan ITI Application form Eligibility 2019

Before filling the application, those who wish to fill the application must know the eligibility requirements. To help them we have provided the basic eligibility criteria for this application below-

  1. Candidates must be of 14 years of age or more as on 1st August 2019. There is no upper age limit.
  2. Applicants must be physically and mentally sound.
  3. Candidates having the domicile of Rajasthan will be given preference.
  4. Candidates must have qualified class 8th/ High School/ intermediate or equivalent from a recognized board.

Rajasthan ITI 2019 Admission Procedure

Admission to ITI programs in the state of Rajasthan will be based on the merit in the qualifying exam and preferences filled by the candidates. No separate entrance test is conducted by DTE.

The registration for admission to various it is in the state is going to start from 14th June. All the candidates who are eligible and interested in joining ITIs need to fill the registration form and should follow all the stages of the admission process. They must fill the application form before the due date.

  • Online Registration

The application for admission will be filled only through the online mode. Candidates will not get any printed application form.

They can submit online registration forms by following the procedure given below-

How to do Rajasthan ITI registration?

  1. Visit the official application portal i.e. http://hte.rajasthan.gov.in or https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in
  2. Click on the registration option.
  3. Provide all the necessary details.
  4. Upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
  5. Fill options for ITI trade and ITI in the order of preference.
  6. Make the payment of requisite application and processing fee.
  7. Check the application form before final submission.
  8. Submit the application form.
  9. Take print out of the submitted application and keep it safe for references in future.

Once the application will be submitted can check the confirmation details in the “Know your status option” given on the portal.

 Along with this, candidates also have to pay processing fee of Rs.100/-

  • Seat Allotment

On the basis of scrutiny of applications submitted by the candidates, DTE will publish the provisional merit list of the candidates and on the basis of merit, list seats will be allotted to the eligible candidates. 

Seat allotment list will also be published on the official website. The allotment of seats will be done in three phases. It means three allotment lists will be published on the basis of availability of the seats. Seat allotment will be done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam and choices filled at the time of application.

  • Reporting   

After the allotment of seats, these candidates have to report to the allotted institutes on the specified date and time. Candidates are required to carry all their original documents and a photocopy of each to the allotted college at the time of reporting.

Candidates who will not be allotted seats in the first seat allotment should wait for the release of second and third list. Participants are also given a chance for upward movement and internal sliding.

Candidates failing to report to the allotted college on the specified dates will be disqualified from the admission process. After the verification of documents, payment of admission fee and completing all the admission formalities, admission will be granted to the candidates.

  • Documents Verification

At the time of admission, selected candidates have to produce all their original certificate for verification and also 1-1 self-attested photocopy of each. Candidates without the documents may get disqualified from the admission process.

  1. Printed copy of application form
  2. Seat allotment letter
  3. 8th class/ 10th class/12th class mark sheet and pass certificate (as applicable)
  4. Date of birth certificate
  5. Domicile certificate
  6. Caste certificate (if applicable)
  7. Income certificate (if applicable)
  8. Ex-serviceman certificate (if applicable)
  9. Other relevant documents and certificates

Important Points related to the DTE Rajasthan ITI Registration 2019

  • Application form filling will start from 14th June 2019.
