Cotton University Admission 2020: Cotton University, Assam started the application process for admission to HS 1st year from 20th June 2020 and now on 24th July they have started its UG admission process, and soon we can expect they will start PG registration. Cotton University was set up in 2017. This is a state-level university is Government University. Here, students can get admission in both UG and PG courses. University releases notification online about admission in different courses. The candidates are offered admission here on the basis of their CPGEE score in those subjects which are not being taught as Major/ core course in the Cotton University. To apply for the admission here the interested candidates will have to fill the admission application form.  The form will be available in online mode, and candidates can fill and submit the form on the official website of the university, cottonuniversity.ac.in.

CPGEE Exam 2020

After completing the application submission process the university will conduct the CPGEE exam 2020. All those admission seekers who have applied online for admission and paid the application fee will be able to participate in this examination. It is important for the admission seekers to download the admit card to take the entrance exam.  The admit card will be released online on the official website of the university. Students can download it by using their registration number and password. It is an essential document and you will not be able to enter the examination premises in the absence of the hall ticket for CPGEE Exam 2020.

CPGEE Answer Key 2020

After conducting CPGEE 2020 exam, authorities will release answer keys. The subject wise answer keys will be released by the officials on the official website of the university. With the help of the answer key, the admission seekers will get to know about their performance in the entrance exam. They will also get an idea about their expected marks in the examination.

If any student has any doubt over the correctness of the answer to any question pertaining to the subject she/he had appeared as given in the answer key, then the student must inform about the same by email to coe@cottonuniversity.ac.in within 24 hours of publication of keys. Merit list of Cotton University

Admission in this university will be done purely and strictly on the merit basis. Based on the admission seekers’ marks in the CPGEE 2020, the officials will prepare a merit list. Based on the available seats the merit list will be prepared. Admission seekers can download it from the official website of the university. Merit list will be prepared based on two categories

• Total marks of the best 3 science subjects of the final year qualifying Examination for Science Stream
• Total marks of English and the best 3 other subjects of the final year qualifying examination for Arts Stream.

After the release of the merit list, the admission seekers will be called for the counseling. Based on the counseling they will get admission to the university.

CPGEE 2020 Application Form

To apply for admission in the university the applicant will have to submit an application form online. The application form will be released by the university itself and it will be available on its website. It is must for admission seekers to check the instructions given on the website carefully before applying for admission in the preffered course. 9. After filling the application form proceed to the application fee payment step.
10. As per the rules of the university the outstation applicants may send the pdf copy of her/his online application along with scanned copies of the supporting documents as email attachments to ec.ug@cottonuniversitv.ac.in. Cotton University Application Form Fee

The applicant will have to pay Rs. 800.00 including CPGEE Fee of Rs. 300.00 as an application fee to apply for admission to the university. Last year the application fee was this much only.
