Assam CEE 2023 (Application Fee Date Extended to 6th April): Assam CEE is a state level entrance exam and admission into 2023 session will be conducted by Assam Science and Technology University. Students seeking admission into B.Tech programs in various engineering colleges of Assam may submit their application. As per the notice released, the application submission process is to start on 14th March and its entrance test will be conducted on 28th May 2023.

Students who have completed their intermediate examination and are willing to appear for this examination need to know every detail which we have discussed in this article.

Update: Applicants who submitted their CEE 2023 Application form by the 3rd of April may now pay their application fee till the 6th of April 2023.

Assam CEE 2023 Eligibility

Candidates are advised to read the complete eligibility criteria and should fill Assam CEE 2023 application only after ensuring the eligibility criteria.

Citizenship

• Candidates must be Indian citizens.
• Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam and must have a PRC/ domicile issued by the competent authority.

Age Criteria

• The lower age limit of candidates should be 17 years on the specified dates
• The upper age limit should be 22 years as of 1^st August 2023.
• A relaxation of 3 years in the upper age limit is applicable for SC and ST candidates.

Qualification Criteria

• Candidates must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English with 50% marks (45% for SC and 40 for ST category) taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and
• Candidates must be mentally and physically fit.
• Candidates must possess a good moral character.

ASSAM CEE 2023 Exam Pattern

• CEE 2023 will be an offline exam (OMR based).
• The question paper will consist of a single
• Multiple choice questions will be asked.
• The total duration of the test will be 3 hours.
• Questions will be asked from three subjects- Physics, Chemistry, and
• The maximum mark will be 480.
• 4 marks will be given for every correct choice.
• 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
• Answer once marked cannot be changed.

Assam CEE 2023 Admit Card

• Assam CEE 2023 Admit Card will be issued only to the registered candidates.
• Candidates can download their admit card on the scheduled date through the official website.
• No, admit card will be sent by post to any candidates.
• Each and every candidate is required to carry a printed copy of the admit card to the exam centre on the day of the exam.
• Candidates without a valid admit card will not be entertained in any circumstances.
